We diagnose faults, repair or replace failed components, run health checks and help with warranty claims. Yes. We take over and maintain systems whose original installer has gone out of business or stopped responding. We'll inspect what you have, document it, check it's safe and compliant, and become your point of contact for service, warranties and future upgrades. This is one of the most common reasons people call us, and there's no obligation to have bought from us originally.

Yes. Every document on this page is free, with no account, sign-up or email required. Files open as PDFs in your browser and can be saved to your device. We publish them for the benefit of clients, prospective customers, electrical contractors and inspection authorities.
We update the library when manufacturers release new revisions. Where a manufacturer publishes a version number (for example Sunsynk Datasheet v5 or Hubble AM-2 Revision 2), we host the latest publicly available revision. If you need a specific older revision for a system already installed, email info@synergyenergy.co.za and we'll source it.
The PV GreenCard accredited installer certificate for Synergy Energy Solutions (Pty) Ltd is in the grid above under the Synergy Energy brand, alongside the consumer brochure. It is the formal accreditation issued by the PV GreenCard Programme, which we maintain as part of our membership of SAPVIA and the Electrical Contractors Association of South Africa.
If a document is missing or out of date, email info@synergyenergy.co.za with the product name, model number and serial number where possible, or call 010 601 6464 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00). Our support team will source it from the manufacturer or supplier and add it to the library.
Manufacturer datasheets and user manuals are published under each manufacturer's own distribution policy. Including them in a Certificate of Compliance pack, building plan submission or a quotation to a client is generally fine, because that's what they're designed for. Reposting them to a competing commercial library is not. The Synergy Energy consumer brochure and PV GreenCard certificate may be cited with attribution and a link back to synergyenergy.co.za.
